Sessùn is recruiting a store manager for the opening of its new corner in Hamburg, Alsterhaus:

The Store Manager develops and coordinates the commercial, human and economic strategy of the shop in line with the overall strategy of the organisation.

As the manager of her/his shop, she/he is responsible for the relevance of her/his business and commercial decisions, her/his management and the achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets.

As manager, she/he leads and coordinates the activities of the team, defines the objectives to be achieved and supports employees in developing their skills on a daily basis.

Together with the team, she/he makes innovative and meaningful concepts to increase the performance and profitability of his business. As a representative of the brand, he/she guarantees the image of the Sessùn company.

• You have previous experience as a manager or several years in retail and are eager to grow into a leadership role

• You are passionate about fashion

• You enjoy customer interaction and sales

• You thrive in a team environment and communicate easily

• You are well-organized

• You lead by example and aspire to represent Sessùn as a true brand ambassador

• Fluent German + English
