Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, the VP of Revenue Operations owns and aligns the Sales, Account Management and marketing operations, systems, data, and processes to ensure that Brevo’s go-to-market teams have control of the end-to-end revenue cycle. Their goal is to empower Brevo’s go-to-market teams with full visibility and control over the sales and marketing revenue cycle. As a key leader within the organization, the VP of Revenue Operations also advises go-to-market leadership with strategic recommendations aimed at accelerating revenue growth and enhancing day-to-day business operations.

Your impact at Brevo:
Restructure and elevate the RevOps team to enhance its effectiveness and strategic impact across Brevo’s business.Build and execute a global RevOps strategy over 12–24 months, establishing a functional, high-performing organization.Streamline and manage GTM systems and tools (e.g., Gong), ensuring scalable architecture and data quality in partnership with Finance, Sales, and CX.Lead the Solution Engineering team and strategyOwn revenue analytics and reporting, providing actionable insights on sales roles, planning, quotas, and SaaS metrics to support go-to-market decisions.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead generation and implement automated prospecting workflows globally.Develop and maintain accurate, scalable revenue forecasting processes across Brevo’s business lines and regions.Oversee global commission planning and deal desk operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and support for Sales through the customer lifecycle.Lead sales enablement and training programs, including onboarding, certification, and ongoing product training.Who you are:
10+ years of Revenue Operations experience, including 8+ years leading RevOps teams with ownership over forecasting, territory/quota setting, data governance, and system administration.Proven ability to design and implement global sales and marketing processes, including post-M&A system consolidation and integration.Led development and rollout of global commission and quota plans across sales, account management, and related GTM roles.Strong cross-functional collaborator, with deep experience partnering across Sales, CX, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT.Track record of driving both revenue growth and operational efficiency, especially in GTM teams.Strategic and analytical thinker, skilled at navigating complexity, modernizing processes, and delivering scalable solutions.Effective change leader and communicator, balancing influence and execution during periods of transition.Hands-on and results-driven, able to prioritize ruthlessly and execute in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; MBA preferred.Why people love working at Brevo:
