Working with the vendor ecosystem is key for Sekoia.io. You’ll be in charge of expanding and reenforcing the links between Sekoia.io and the technology partners.
As our Technology Partnerships Officer, you will be the day-to-day owner of partners coordination, data management, and technology partner-related support across the organization. You’ll ensure that our technology relationships run smoothly and that both internal teams and external stakeholders get the help they need.
You’ll be in charge of defining the use cases between our products and the technological third-party products.

Coordinate Technology Partnerships
Act as the central point for all internal and external coordination around our key technology partners.
Work with executive stakeholders to define, document and maintain the list of strategic partners.
First-Line Support for Internal Teams
Serve as the primary liaison for Sekoia teams (integration, support, professional services, sales, etc.) when they have technology-partner requests.
Triage incoming requests, coordinate with the appropriate partner contacts and follow through to resolution.
Manage Partner Records in the internal tools
Create and maintain partner entities and contact records in the internal tools, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Serve as the central point of contact for vendors and third parties, ensuring that all teams can easily reach and collaborate with the right partners. Implement tagging and segmentation so that product, support, sales and marketing teams can easily find the partners they need.
Proofread Marketing Deliverables
Review solution briefs, one-pagers and other collateral for accuracy, clarity and brand alignment.
Liaise with content authors to incorporate feedback and finalize documents for publication.
Manage technological use cases
📍 The position can be based in Paris, Rennes or in full remote in any major cities in Europe. Professional trips (paid for by the company) might be required.

You have 5+ years of experience in partnership or alliance coordination within a technology environment
You are highly organized, proactive and able to drive processes to completion with minimal supervision
You have proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and escalate issues appropriately
You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales etc. )
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a keen eye for detail in proofreading and editing. French is a big plus!
You are used to navigating in technical environments
