About the Role

As Finance & Operations Lead at Sandfall Interactive, you will play a key role in steering the company’s strategic, financial, and operational direction.

You will manage a wide range of responsibilities — from financial oversight and performance tracking to process optimization and strategic project execution.

This position is based in Paris, working closely with the COO, and involves regular travel to Montpellier and other locations.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee cash flow, investments, and banking operations.

• Accounting & Compliance: Coordinate accounting with external providers, handle subsidies and tax incentives (including the French CIJV tax rebate), and manage tax matters.

• Performance & Data Analysis: Conduct royalty calculations, performance reporting, and financial data analysis to support decision-making.

• Operational Excellence: Optimize company processes across HR, administration, knowledge management and other support functions.

• Strategy & Projects: Contribute to the company’s roadmap to support the making of future games and collaborations, and ensure the successful delivery of various side projects.

• Management Support: Support the COO in various functions and administrative tasks to run the Company.

Practical Information

• Start Date: Expected April 2026

• Location: Paris (11th arrondissement)

• Travel: Regular trips to Montpellier and abroad

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in finance, management control, operations, consulting, project management or a related field.

• Education: Degree from a top business or management school or equivalent.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team player

  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with accounting and financial principles

• Personal Qualities: Curious, adaptable, and eager to tackle diverse topics.

• Languages: Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
