In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and securing upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts. Position Overview
As an Account Director at Ringover, you possess a keen ability to proactively identify, qualify, and secure growth opportunities within existing client portfolios by deeply understanding their business needs and articulating Ringover's incremental value. This requires a strong working knowledge of Ringover's full product suite, integrations (CRM/ATS), and troubleshooting skills to provide exceptional, proactive service, ultimately positioning you as a trusted advisor who drives both client satisfaction and increased account revenue.
