Resilience develops innovative digital solutions to improve access to mental health care. Our Psy product is an ambitious platform revolutionizing psychiatric care, enabling practitioners to support their patients more effectively. We are a fast-growing scale-up with a "startup within a startup" culture: in 2025, we laid the product foundations; the goal now is to make it accessible to as many people as possible and become a daily aid for caregivers and patients with features that go beyond remote-monitoring.
In a nutshell You will structure and grow the Psy product engineering team, combining human leadership, delivery ownership, and technical vision. Your challenge: transform an agile team into a scalable organization without losing the capacity for innovation, all while respecting the quality and security standards of the healthcare sector.
Your impact You are the person who will enable Resilience Psy to meet its growth ambitions. By structuring the team from both a human and technical perspective, you will guarantee the delivery of features that help thousands of patients and practitioners. Your challenge is to allow the team to scale at the pace of the project's high ambitions, whether through the rollout of new AI-based features or large-scale deployment.
Your daily life You will be the architect of our scaling phase: moving from a robust MVP to an industrial platform capable of supporting an explosion in user numbers:
Recruit, onboard, and mentor developers in an environment of trust and performance.
Drive and guarantee roadmap delivery by ensuring quality and reliability through tracking indicators (e.g., DORA metrics).
Ensure the architecture remains scalable, resilient, and easy to evolve.
Define technical excellence standards (peer reviews, testing, documentation) so the team can develop with peace of mind.
Implement platform observability to ensure a high quality of service.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Ops, and QARA teams to align business needs with technical capabilities.
Evangelize and frame the use of AI within the daily development lifecycle.
You won't necessarily write code every day, but you are capable of conducting architecture or critical pull request reviews. However, you don't hesitate to dive into the codebase with the team when necessary.
Although our team is in the midst of structuring, you will join a tight-knit and experienced collective. You can already rely on the pillars of this venture:
Thomas (Product Manager): Guardian of the product vision, with whom you will form a true partnership.
Adama (Back-end Developer): Someone you can count on for the most complex technical challenges.
Mathieu (QA Analyst): A daily ally in providing the best possible service to our users.
You will report to Jullian, our VP of Engineering. His management approach is based on three fundamental pillars:
User Impact: Every line of code must concretely serve our patients and caregivers.
Solution-Orientation: Faced with an obstacle, we value initiative and the ability to propose constructive, pragmatic alternatives.
Trust: If we trust each other, we aren't afraid to take initiative or speak up when things aren't going well. There is only way to succeed: together.
The ➕ of the team : The Psy team is truly a "startup within the startup." ****Joining us means getting the best of both worlds: the freedom to build a product from the ground up, backed by the scale and resources of a larger project.
Understand an end-to-end technical stack:
TypeScript / React / NextJS (Frontend)
Kotlin / Quarkus / PostgreSQL (Backend)
Design and maintain multi-service architectures.
Establish a development framework to guarantee a high-quality product.
Automate what needs to be automated to streamline processes and free up the team's time.
Master the subtle balance between product delivery and continuous improvement.
Speak both "Product" and "Tech" to translate business needs into technical solutions.
The authority to say "no" when necessary, while proposing a better alternative.
An obsession for user impact rather than the number of closed tickets.
The ability to create an environment of trust where the team can perform.
A balance between startup speed and long-term corporate rigor.
A systemic vision: building things that are easy to change but difficult to break.
At least 5-8 years of experience in development and engineering.
At least 1 to 2 initial experiences in team management.
Worked in a SaaS-type company.
Supported a scaling or structuring phase for a tech team.
Used AI agents in your daily workflow.
A minimum B2 level in English.
Have experience in the healthcare sector.
Know regulatory and quality constraints (QMS, certifications).
Have worked in high-growth environments (scale-ups).
Mission-driven impact: Your technical decisions will directly impact access to psychiatric care for thousands of patients.
Build from scratch: The Psy product is still young, with much to build and high ambitions.
Autonomy and responsibility: You are expected to structure, not just follow orders.
Scaling environment: A dynamic setting where your actions have a significant leverage effect.
Collaborative culture: Multidisciplinary teams (Product, Sales, Ops, QARA) that are invested and engaged.
