As our 🆕 Tech Support L2 (system & network administrator), you will professionally and rapidly ensure a smooth and efficient relationship between all users (internal/external).
Job Responsibilities:
Install and configure hardware, software, and network infrastructure of computer systems
Coordinate with the Tech Support L1 to provide the support of internal and external users to meet required SLAs
Resolve the problem in a professional, patient, and courteous manner.
Maintain the availabilities of the systems and network
Maintain technical expertise on existing & new products.
Write technical reports & Documents to communicate issues, analysis, technical assessments, system status, and engineering recommendations.
Implement new solutions to improve the existing infrastructure.
Be a flexible, initiative-taker, to work independently and complete tasks.
Exchange knowledge and work together to implement solutions across the full stack
Qualifications:
🎓 BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience (3+ years)
🥇 Management project skills
🗣️ Mandatory in English & French (daily working language)
💻 Technical referent with Windows administration (Active directory, Azure AD, Intune, Office 365), VMware, Cisco, Atlassian tools knowledge are appreciated.
📌Organization skills, Proactive (ex : ticketing), eexcellent verbal & written communication, team spirit.
