🚀As a Product Ops professional at Rail Europe, your mission is to ensure team alignment, scalability, and facilitate innovation within the organization.  

You will play a crucial role in optimizing operations, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the product team. By providing operational support and driving cross-functional collaboration. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels and processes to ensure alignment and collaboration across the product team, engineering, design, marketing, and other relevant departments  

• Implement and improve operational frameworks and practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity 

• Use product methodologies to stimulate innovation within the organization 

• Serve as a liaison between the product team and other departments, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing 

• Collect and analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for process improvements and operational decision-making 

• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications:

🎓 A Master’s degree required in business, computer science, or economics

🥇 We are looking for a senior PM, with 4/6 years of proven experience in product ops, operations, or related role within a technology or software development organization

🚂Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of product management principles and product development lifecycles

🗣️ Mandatory English

💻 Familiarity with scalability challenges within a fast-paced and growing organization
