As an Engineering Manager at Rail Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and leading our talented engineering teams. 💪

Your responsibilities will include:

• Be both a highly technical and an influential people manager. 🥇

👨‍🎓 You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

🏆 You have at least 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Ruby, Java, Angular, Svelte).

🧩 You have 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role and in a technical leadership role, overseeing strategic projects.
