🚀We are looking for our Star Admin Coordinator / Team Assistant ! In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently while delighting our hard-working teams (and ultimately our customers) every step of the way. 

Be the friendly face and voice of Rail Europe for both internal and external stakeholders. 

Juggle with busy calendars, meetings coordination, travel arrangements, with attention to details  

Field requests with grace and efficiency, providing timely and accurate information or routing inquiries to the appropriate team member. 

Assist with special projects, workshops and events, rolling up your sleeves wherever needed! 

Continuously look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency, working hand-in-hand with the Executive Assistant and all Support Functions to come up with creative solutions. 

Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring the smooth running of the business.


Requisitos

Qualifications:

🗣️ You are either fluent or a native English speaker, as most of your interactions will be in English (French would be nice but not absolutely necessary)

💡 You are customer and solution-oriented,  proactive and resourceful

💻You are a master organizer, and you know the Microsoft Suite

💪 You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

😃 You are positive and willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into any task, no matter how big or small.

📝Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus, but not required.

⚠ Due to the nature of the role and the need to be on-site to achieve the missions described above, this job is not eligible to remote work.
