PMO Support (Hybrid)

Quadient, formerly Neopost, is one of the leaders (1.1 billion turnover in 2020) in digital and physical communication (12th software publisher in France in 2021). Quadient helps hundreds of thousands of companies around the world every day by grouping its physical and digital activities into three main activities:

Mailroom Solutions (MRS)

Parcel Delivery Services (PLS)

Intelligent Communication Automation (ICA)

As part of a replacement, Quadient is looking for its future External Web (F/H) for a permanent contract, based in France or UK.

General assignment:

We have a vacancy for a PMO Analyst within the Digital Project Management Office (PMO) team, reporting to the Digital PMO.  This is a replacement for a more senior role that left the business in 2023 and following a re-organisation of responsibilities. The Digital PMO team sits within the Digital Strategy & Performance sub-function of the global Digital organisation.

The purpose of the PMO Analyst role is to support the Digital PMO in creating / maintaining the Digital project portfolio, monitoring execution of the project portfolio, and supporting project teams as required in successfully delivering projects.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support the Digital PMO in creating / maintaining the Digital project portfolio.  This involves operating processes (e.g. demand management, resource planning), PPM tooling, and governance to support the efficient capture of global demand for digital services, process this demand through necessary approvals and create the approved Digital portfolio.
  • Work with project leaders to ensure accurate project reporting is undertaken in a timely manner, as input to portfolio governance.  Over time, the role will lead portfolio governance meetings.
  • Champion global Project Management Standards.  Contribute to updates and continuous improvement of the standards.
  • Provide advice and guidance to project teams on Project Management Standards and minimum good practice project management requirements.
  • Support the PMO in undertaking project audits, to check project health and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Ensure timely and consistent communication and reporting on the Digital portfolio.
  • Provide administrative support of the PPM tool.

Qualifications:

  • A recent degree or masters graduate, ideally in a subject relevant to role (e.g. business, IT, Project Management).
  • Ambitious, with personal drive and a can-do attitude.
  • Inquisitive with a demonstrable interest in Quadient’s business, Digital / IT and scope of role (although we should not expect them to be familiar with the details of the role).
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones and cultures.
  • Be organized and process oriented and show follow-through.

Strategic Role Based in Bagneux, France, hybrid (2 or 3 days).
