THE ROLE
The FlashArray team builds the industry’s most innovative, high-performance, and highly available portfolio of products that are designed for the most demanding mission-critical applications. While we deliver a hardware storage array, over 90% of our engineering staff are software engineers. Our customers are the most important part of our business, and they love FlashArray for its simplicity of management, the constant flow of new and exciting upgrades, and the ability to live on the cutting edge of technology while never taking downtime, ever. This particular role is for a software engineer working on our virtualization ecosystem, focused on building and enhancing plugins such as vSphere, Veeam, PowerShell plugin and others to deliver seamless integration with FlashArray.

- Work as a team with smart peers who inspire you and who are inspired by you.
- Make customers really happy by enabling them to integrate FlashArray seamlessly into their virtualization environments.
- Learn a ton, whether you know a lot, or nothing about virtualization, storage, or system software.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience working with a systems programming language such as Java, C++ or C#.
- Practical engagement in any systems software domain, which may include distributed systems, operating systems, Linux kernel, database internals, hypervisors, containers, or compiler optimization.
- A background in embedded programming and storage systems can further enhance your impact within our team.
- A natural curiosity, demonstrated design sensibility, and enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
