We’re looking for an eager-to-learn marketer to join our Marketing team in our central Paris office for an internship of 6 months or for an apprenticeship of 12 months.

This is an excellent opportunity where you’ll be planning and completing a variety of marketing missions.

The job desc also includes a few sales missions to support our sales efforts.

You’ll work with our Head of Marketing, Héloïse, and, once you’re ready, you’ll have autonomy to make the role your own.

Your missions :

The role will include the following responsibilities. If you don’t have experience in one or two areas that’s fine, as long as you’re eager to learn :

  • Brand Management: You’ll be responsible for ensuring the correct use of our graphic identity across the different teams. You will decline our graphic rules on the different channels and materials and ensure the consistency of our brand.

  • Social Media Management : You will be in charge of creating visual content for our social media channels (Youtube, Linkedin). You will also contribute to the definition of guidelines and goals for each channel and support the production of the relevant brand assets.

  • Email Campaign Management : You will own the execution of our different newsletters (Internal and External). This includes building and planning the campaigns and analyzing their performances. You will use Hubspot to work on email list segmentation and campaign analysis.

  • Content Management : You’ll contribute to the definition of the content strategy and brainstorm with the team to find new content ideas. You’ll be the one managing the content publication planning.

  • Event Management : You’ll be assisting the marketing team on event strategy and execution of events such as webinars, medical and AI congresses…

  • Website Management : You’ll be assisting in the management of Primaa website by keeping the content up to date, making improvements to functionality.

  • Press relations : You’ll be supporting our Head of Marketing in the management of our PR, from reaching out to journalists to writing content.

  • Reporting : You will ensure the production of regular marketing analytics to track engagement rates and to assess the effectiveness of ongoing activity for input to future planning, and for reporting to the CEO.

  • Sales : You will support our commercial activity by drafting go-to-market analysis and reaching out to medical prospects and potential partners.

You’ll have the possibility to adjust the content of the job according to the missions you prefer and skills you want to develop.


Requisitos

  • You are fluent in French and in English (being a native English speaker is a plus).

  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • You have an eye for design and good attention to detail.

  • You know how to handle the priorities of multiple partners and teams and have good project management skills and understanding.

  • Experience with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Notion, Canva, Figma are a plus.

  • Experience in or inclination toward technology (especially related to the medical field or data science, machine learning, and AI) are also a plus.
