As the VP Sales Europe, you’ll join the PlayPlay sales team.
At PlayPlay, you will own the execution of the sales strategy of one of the most ambitious project in Europe right now! You will join an amazing team of leaders (CEO, VP Product, Head of Video, Engineering managers…), in a highly challenging and collaborative environment.

MISSIONS 💪

Sales strategy

  • Build a highly predictable sales model able to reach company’s budget, based on data (number of sales, sales quota, weighted pipeline…).
  • Oversee strategy and execution of the entire sales funnel, amongst 3 teams (SDR, Inside Sales & AE, KAM):

    • Prospecting: build a predictable and scalable source of SQLs.
    • Closing: build an amazing and scalable closing model.
    • Expanding: build an amazing and scalable expansion strategy.
  • Implement effective and profitable retention and growth strategies within the existing client’s portfolio, in coordination with the Customer Success team.
  • Partner closely with the marketing team in order to optimize lead generation.
  • Manage the P&L.

People management & development

  • Manage a top-performing current sales team of 20 people and guide them to drive growth.
  • Grow your team by recruiting top sales performers (team will triple in the next 18 months).
  • Train & coach team members on each step of the sales cycle, especially on big opportunities.
  • Manage team sales pipeline and forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

Sales processes & tools

  • Set the best processes and stack: choose the best tools (CRM) and make sure we use them perfectly.
  • Set the best Sales Enablement: training, coaching, materials.
  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.
  • Build excellent client relationships with Directors or C-Levels.

Requisitos

REQUIREMENTS 🎯

  • 15+ years of relevant sales experience in a high growth software or SaaS environment, targeting mid-market to enterprise companies.
  • 5+ years of experience with managing and building sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the entire sales funnel and cycles.
  • Strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards and hitting targets.
  • Ability to create a culture of excellence: recruiting top talent, developing repeatable processes and empowering people.
  • Experience in defining and implementing a sales strategy in a scalable environment.
  • Successful track record exceeding sales goals.
  • Fluent in both French & English.
