We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of the founding team in the US.

Your main task will be to develop and execute events and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support customer acquisition in the US region.

We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, ambition to grow a new market, and an interest in the video industry.

YOUR MISSIONS 💪

EVENT MARKETING (85%)

  • Plan, lead, organize and own PlayPlay’s field and event calendar across all channels in the US, including owned events, third-party/sponsored events, partner events and customer events (both in person and virtual) - More details below 👇 
  • Put together, organize and maintain a clear field plan calendar/program, while ensuring organization, communication, proper anticipation and management of the calendar and activities as well as the results throughout the year.
  • Manage leads handover and handling including cleaning events lists, upload leads to CRM systems as part of the post event strategy including analyzing events ROI and performance. Collaborate with the Demand Generation to ensure all leads and data are properly uploaded and tracked in our system. Work with Demand Generation team and sales team to follow through the analysis for performance.
  • Manage and monitor our budget across all of our field activities to ensure field activities and events are on track in terms of budget allocations and spend, as well as proper planning of budget and cost.
  • 1) Third-party/sponsored events - Plan, organize and execute PlayPlay's third party events calendar including mapping and researching must-attend sponsored events & trade shows in North America. This will include:

  • Benchmark events constantly to ensure we don’t miss any event that might be relevant for our market and offering.
  • Conduct discovery calls to confirm relevancy and negotiate packages.
  • Define event strategy to maximize results.
  • Manage the project from A to Z including staffing, logistics, content developing, on-the-ground approach and experiences.
  • Ensure KPIs and targets set and monitored.
  • Develop project plan including budget allocation.
  • 2) Owned events - Develop, plan, organize and lead in-house PlayPlay’s owned event program in NA, both for in-person and virtual (as needed) including, partner events and customer marketing events. This will include:

  • Suggest and ideate concepts and themes for the needed programs and activities.
  • Develop the full project plan and manage these activities from start to finish (pre, during and post event strategy & execution), including managing logistics, operations, budget monitoring as well as vendor communications and handling.
  • Ensure KPIs and targets set and monitored.
  • FIELD ACCOUNT BASED MARKETING INITIATIVES (15%)

  • Collaborate with Demand Generation/ Customer Success /Sales teams to develop and execute dedicated ABM strategy for targeted key accounts including, concept ideations, planning and development (direct mail, boxing etc).
  • Think about creating out of the box concepts and ways to better reach our target audience via field campaigns.
  • Conduct regular benchmarks regarding our competitors and the tech SaaS ecosystem to feed our field marketing agency and help PlayPlay stand out in the market and in front of prospects and customers.
  • REQUIREMENTS 🎯

  • 2-5 years of experience, including at least 1 year of experience in Field Marketing/Events.
  • You have experience in contributing/leading and/or being involved in full planning cycle of events including pre, during and post-planning (strategy planning , execution and follow-up).
  • You have experience with project management tools/systems (such as Monday or similar) or have experience building and/or working with project management templates.
  • Good understanding of SaaS/Martech/Tech ecosystem.
  • You are familiar with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Marketo, and you worked with business reporting tools such as Salesforce or others.
  • C2 or native level of English required.
