Backed by Schneider Electric and a strategic partnership with SAP, we’re expanding rapidly in North America and investing specifically in Canada as a strategic growth market. We are looking for someone who will help to shape our presence, open doors, and set the standard for success. This is your chance to be our dedicated New Business Sales Executive in Canada. 

You’ll have the autonomy to build your own strategy, the support of a high-performing North American team, and the credibility of a company recognized by Gartner as a global leader. You’ll work with innovative solutions, a strong customer base, and the freedom to make your mark.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with strategic enterprise accounts in Canada.
  • Follow up on all generated leads, demo requests, and contact forms to maximize every opportunity.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets for each product category.
  • Represent Planon proactively at industry events, conferences, and on social media, expanding our reach in both existing and new market segments.
  • Manage your pipeline and deals according to approved pricing and contract terms, keeping everything up to date and accurate in Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem or comparable enterprise platforms is an advantage.

You have:

  • Canadian nationality or deep roots in Canada, with strong knowledge of the local market
  • Fluency in English required; French is a plus
  • Proven track record in new business sales of complex, enterprise software solutions (ERP, IWMS, or similar) to large organizations with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • A strong network and proven ability to build relationships with enterprise clients in Canada
  • A self-starter mindset: independent, ambitious, and eager to deliver results quickly as part of a collaborative team
