You are living anywhere in France (a plus if you are in Lyon or Paris) or Spain.

You are speaking fluently in spanish and good writing/speaking in english (or french).

Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience, you are tasked with creating the best possible experience for our clients. You are on the front line, conveying client needs to the support and product teams.

You are joining an organization where our clients are at the core of our activity. We listen to them, commit to them, and take action. You will have a key impact on how we convert users into clients and retain them over time.

Your responsibilities include identifying client needs, prioritizing requests, and redistributing all messages received by Waltio. You will be part of a team of about twinty people and report to the Head of Customer Care. Currently, we use Intercom as our customer communication platform.

You have a perfect command of Spanish. A good knowledge of cryptocurrencies and experience in customer support within a startup are significant advantages.

As a Customer Experience at Waltio, you are responsible for:

  • Quickly identifying the content of received requests;

  • Responding promptly and succinctly to simple cases through the use of macros and automated responses;

  • Contributing to our long-term customer support vision by providing proactive feedback;

  • Regularly updating our FAQ when adding new platforms or features;

If you are a fan of crypto/blockchain, your responsibilities may also evolve into these areas:

  • Identifying and finding potential resolutions to blockchain-related issues (on-chain) and exchange file issues;

  • Collaborating with the development team to resolve data retrieval issues or continuously improve the product;

  • Continuously monitoring protocols and the crypto ecosystem.


Requisitos

  • You have a strong interest in cryptocurrencies/blockchain or taxation/accounting. (staking, lending, …)

  • You understand the importance of great user experience;

  • You’re curious and you want to work on a wide range of issues;

  • You are fluent in Spanish

  • You will independently communicate with Waltio’s key clients;

  • English & French are major plus

  • You have good interpersonal skills and are naturally empathetic;

  • You make few grammatical, syntactical, or spelling errors


Proceso de selección

  • Second call : Case study (1H) with Head of customer care & trainer

  • Third call : Final interview with Waltio employee
