Own the product vision & roadmap

  • Translate company objectives into a multi-year, user-centric product strategy covering device, firmware, mobile and cloud.

  • Evangelise the vision internally and with investors, clinical advisors and partners

Lead a multi-disciplinary team

  • Manage and mentor Product Managers, Designers and Researchers; orchestrate their work with Hardware, Firmware, QA and Ops (~50 full time employees overall).

  • Implement data-driven decision frameworks (OKRs, A/B testing, cohort analysis).

Deliver regulated consumer hardware at scale

  • Drive all phases of the lifecycle—concept, EVT/DVT/PVT, launch, and post-market improvements—for products shipping ≥ 100 k units.

  • Ensure compliance with CE-MDR and (future) FDA Class II requirements in partnership with QA/RA.

Maximise user value & business impact

  • Balance clinical efficacy, delightful UX and unit economics.

  • Use data (retention, NPS, CLV) to iterate features that boost engagement and adherence.

Collaborate across the company

  • Work closely with Supply-Chain (ODM negotiations in Asia), Growth, Customer Care and Medical Affairs to ensure seamless launches and in-market learning loops.

  • Represent Product in board meetings.


Requisitos

Must-have

  • 7-15 years in consumer connected-hardware (IoT/BLE/Wi-Fi) - Shipped at least one device with ≥ 100 k units sold worldwide

  • Proven team leadership - Led cross-functional orgs of 10 + (PM, UX, HW/FW, QA)

  • Solid engineering foundation - STEM degree; comfortable discussing schematics, firmware trade-offs and battery budgets

  • Regulated health-tech exposure - CE-MDR or FDA Class II design-control ownership

  • Lifecycle & P&L ownership - Roadmap → GTM → post-launch optimisation, with budget responsibility

  • User-centric & data-driven - Demonstrated use of research, A/B tests and retention analytics

  • Paris-based & bilingual - Fluent French & English, able to be on-site 2-3 days/week

Nice-to-have

  • Fem-tech or wellness background

  • Experience scaling ODM production in Asia

  • Prior fund-raising or exit experience
