We are looking for our Strategy & Ops Financial Services - Senior Analyst to help structure and drive our financial services projects within Pennylane.
In a context of strong growth and increasing product complexity, this role sits at the intersection of product, contracts and business, working closely with Product, Compliance, Ops and Tech teams.
Organization & set-up
You will be part of the Product department, in a project organization adjacent to the Financial Services track, reporting to its General Manager.
You will be part of the project leadership team, together with Senior tech leaders, a Compliance and Risk Director, representative from the Legal team and the Financial Services General Manager.
Missions
3-month objectives :
- Build a retro-planning consistent with the regulatory timeline set by our legal counsels
- Align the Compliance & Tech/Product stream and remove bottlenecks when necessary
- Build an effective governance and communication model to lead the project
- Support the construction of the business plan that will sustain the ACPR case
- Support suppliers sourcing for the Tech/Product & Compliance streams (score card, alignment with internal stakeholders)
6-month objectives :
- Manage partners & suppliers to ensure a timely delivery of the project
- Accompany the ACPR process and ensure that all streams are aligned & delivering
- Challenge Tech & Product together with the Compliance Lead to ensure the scalability of the infrastructure from an Operations perspective
- Anticipate the migration plan with all internal and external counterparts (suppliers, Swan)
18-month objectives :
- Secure successful onboarding of new customers
- Anticipate and plan the development of in-house credit capabilities
- Execute the migration strategy with the support of the project team
- Oversee the transition from a project organization to a permanent structure
Who are we looking for?
- Strong project management experience in Financial Services, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to build and maintain effective governance models and communication frameworks
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams (Tech, Product, Compliance, Legal) simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to work with senior leadership (GM, Compliance&Risk Director, Legal, ExCom)
- Ability to challenge technical and compliance approaches from an operations scalability perspective

We're working on providing those last advantages to our people based outside of France as well, but it can be quite more complex depending on different countries.
