At Pelico, we believe in the power of talent to transform businesses. For this 6 months internship as a Talent Sourcing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in helping us identify and engage with the brightest minds & creating the foundation for our success.

• Define strategy & Source Talent: Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's needs and values.

• Engage candidates: Craft compelling messages and conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates, nurturing relationships to create a positive candidate experience.

• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent markets to inform our sourcing strategies.

• Manage Data: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, sourcing activities, and progress in Teamtailor (ATS).

• Collaborate: Work closely with our recruitment team to understand hiring needs, participate in candidate screenings, and provide valuable input during the selection process.

• Learn a lot: Take advantage of training and development opportunities to sharpen your skills in talent sourcing and recruitment.

• Preparing a Master Degree Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Passionate & motivated individual looking for kickstart your career in Recruitment.

• Business sense, autonomous, good communication and highly energetic
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French & English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or GG suite.
