🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll:
🎯 Run the process: Run the full hiring process: sourcing, interviews, feedback, offers.
🤝 Work side by side: Collaborate daily with Tech, EMs, and the CTO.
📊 Be data-driven: Maintain a structured, up-to-date candidate database and track hiring metrics.
🌱 Grow talent pools: Build and re-engage communities of top candidates.
⚡ Hack growth hiring: Experiment with tools, automation, and new sourcing channels.
🛠️ Manage the ATS: Optimize workflows and ensure smooth processes.
💡 Improve continuously: Enhance the candidate journey and refine recruitment practices.

Requirements:
🧑💻 Must-Have Skills:
