Position Overview :
PayFit is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Web & CRO Intern to join our Growth team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone passionate about optimizing digital experiences, improving website performance, and driving conversions. You'll play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and ensuring our website effectively converts visitors into leads and customers.
As a Web & CRO Intern, you will work directly with our Growth Experience Manager and our dedicated CRO expert, contributing to projects that span website content integration, and rigorous experimentation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in web best practices, A/B testing, and data analysis within a dynamic marketing environment.
Key responsibilities :
Website Content Integration:
- Assist in content integration, updating, and maintenance of website pages and landing pages using our Content Management System (CMS) and CRM (Hubspot).
- Ensure website content is accurately displayed, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience across various devices.
- Support the implementation of tracking codes and pixels for analytics and marketing campaigns.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation:
- Collaborate with the CRO expert to identify areas for website improvement through user research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Assist in developing hypotheses for A/B tests and other experiments aimed at increasing conversion rates (e.g., lead forms, sign-ups, demo requests).
- Help set up, launch, and monitor A/B tests using our chosen experimentation platform.
- Contribute to the analysis of experiment results, drawing actionable insights and making recommendations for future optimizations.
- Help the CRO expert and the Growth team to foster the experimentation mindset amongst cross-functional teams
Web Analytics & Reporting:
- Support the collection and interpretation of website performance data using tools like Google Analytics.
- Assist in monitoring key metrics (e.g., traffic, bounce rate, conversion funnels) and identifying trends or anomalies.
- Help prepare reports on website performance and experiment outcomes for the Growth team.
