PayFit is an intuitive cloud-based payroll and employee management solution designed specifically for SMBs. Since 2015, we have set ourselves a mission to simplify payroll for SMBs and enable employers and employees to grow together. We are a European company operating from 3 main countries (France, Spain, and the UK) where we are supporting over 10,000 clients.

Tes missions
Tu rejoindras l’équipe FP&A en charge du pilotage des coûts financiers des équipes opérationnelles (Sales & Customer Service) et supports (Marketing, RH, Strategy, Office, R&D etc…).
Les missions, non limitatives, sont :
- Reportings mensuels consolidés de toutes les entités juridiques
- Réalisation du reporting des coûts mensuels
- Réalisation du reporting cash mensuel
- Suivi et participation aux analyses mensuelles du coût du personnel
- Assurer la fiabilité de notre information financière
- Participer aux analyses des performances mensuelles
Contrôle interne :
Gestion du suivi des coûts de business travel et autres frais professionnels à destination du management.
Mise en place de contrôle de cohérence et correcte allocation des coûts
Aide à la structuration et à la formation des process interne (comptabilité, business, stratégie)
Business Partnering :
Réalisation d’analyses Ad’hoc à destination des départements
Revue des facturations mensuelles
Ce poste est fait pour toi si
- Tu es étudiant en IAE - en cursus universitaire (de type CCA) - en école de commerce et tu recherches une expérience variée et enrichissante à Paris
- Pour un contrat d’alternance de 1 an - Master 2 ou pour 2 ans - Cursus Master à partir de Septembre 2024.
Process de recrutement :
- 1er call avec notre Talent Acquisition Specialist, Liam (30 min)
- 2ᵉ call avec Martin, ton futur manager & cas pratique (45 min à 1heure)
- 3ᵉ call avec la Team FP&A (Clémentine, Caroline et Mona)
