As Digital Team Lead, you will work on the international expansion of our platforms in Spain directly with our International SEO Lead and our Head of Acquisition.

You will manage and grow our sites from both an on-page and off-page perspective. Your goal will be to increase the traffic of Spanish platforms and the ranking of our domains, in line with the company strategy, working in the following fields:

• Strategy & Roadmap : you fully own the SEO roadmap on your market, working both on on-site & off-site aspects.
• Project Management : you will identify and prioritize growth opportunities for your market (keyword research, website structures, sizing content needs, …) to build action plans (goals, resources, execution) aimed at completing and respecting your roadmap
• Content Management : you ensure perfect content creation and integration based on SEO best practices and UX optimizations
• On-site optimization : you ensure SEO best practices implementation across our platforms (internal linking, tags, crawl optimization, semantic, …)
• Off-site optimization : you take care about our backlinking strategy making sure Spanish websites have a good amount and right diversification of links
• UX : you will collect insights about our users by analyzing key metrics (bounce rate, conversion rate, …) and launch A/B tests to find upsides working closely with Product team

• Data analysis : you fully own the SEO funnel for Spanish market

  • weekly/monthly performance analysis
  • dashboard ownership
  • one shot analysis about KPIs like Revenues, Trafic, market share, etc. to find growth opportunities

• Team management : you are in charge of the coordination of a team of 5 people based in Paris, 3 copywriters and 2 interns. Among your main responsibilities:

  • Mentoring and coaching
  • Problem solving on daily topics
  • Prioritization

• Top Engineering or Business School
• Preferably 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (previous experience on SEO could be a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, content editors (e.g. wordpress), SEO tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Console, Ahrefs)
• Coding skills and/or SQL could be a plus.
• Fast learner and creative problem solver
• Proactive and passionate about digital
• Spanish mother tongue and English fluent

Your manager will be Giovanni Maria, our Lead SEO. An expert in startups and entrepreneurship, he loves to organise private meetings to talk about new strategies and business ideas. After taking part in the sale of his first Italian startup where he worked as Head of Growth and Equity Partner, he came to Papernest with the aim of helping the Italian and the Spanish market to grow and improve its performance in the SEO division.

A film buff, you can find him in some old arthouse cinema watching black and white films. He recently admitted that one of his next goals is to reach 100 countries visited worldwide, rumoured to be halfway there.
