Due to continued growth, we are expanding our CEE Sales Team and are seeking a driven sales professional with proven experience of managing a portfolio of partners on the Polish and CEE markets, in the IT industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, tenacious and self-motivated sales professional.

We are looking for a Partner Account Manager for our Sales department, which guarantees the commercial development of all of our product universes. It brings our values closer to our customers: sovereignty, freedom, alternative.

As a Partner Account Manager, you will report to the Sales Director and contribute to developing sales by building long-term relationships through your business partners portfolio.

Your main responsibilities :

Implement a sales strategy for a portfolio of business partners taking into account their needs and expectations:

  • Builds and maintains trusting relationships with partners to grow business and develop deep understanding partner priorities, strategies, and goals and how they align with OVHcloud’s.
  • Understands markets and partner trends and develops connections with key market players to close and execute on business opportunities.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to support partners. Shares overall business plans with relevant stakeholders. Influences and drives actions with internal teams.
  • Understands and follows established compete strategies, communicates the value of OVHcloud products and services over competitors, and contributes to the development of partner compete strategies.
  • Active search for new business partners and verification of their potential.
  • Analyze the market and its evolution, survey the competition, and perform benchmarking
  • Forecast sales turnover and establish financial projections based on the identified business potential
  • Cooperate closely with the Partner Program Manager
  • Create the partner account map and planning of business partners.


Skills required :
  • 5+ years partner management, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry.
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and passionate about technology.
  • Flexible, autonomous, able to integrate into new teams working on various projects and keep current with new technologies (i.e. Artificial Intelligence (AI), PaaS, SaaS, Public Cloud).
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a strong ability to create and maintain long term relationships with business partners.
  • Track record of business within the indirect market, large and medium companies.
  • Fluent in Polish and English
