This role will report into our Senior Manager, Field Marketing EMEA, based in Milan- Italy. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Paris office.
What you will be doing
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the French & Benelux markets, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunitiesCreate and execute a strategic vision for field marketing that aligns with the global marketing objectivesCollaborate seamlessly with both local and global teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing strategiesWork closely with sales, product marketing, communications and other departments to integrate field marketing efforts with overall business goalsDrive the development and localization of marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging to resonate with the local audience while maintaining global brand consistencyBuild and strengthen the company's brand presence in the French and Benelux marketsImplement brand-building initiatives across France and Benelux, ensuring a consistent brand message that resonates with target audiencesLeverage a mix of online and offline channels, including webinars, workshops, industry events, and digital advertising, to maximize brand exposureUtilize data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiativesApply insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impactScale the brand by building clear storytelling, following a consistent and compelling narrativeLead content development efforts for the region, creating engaging materials that align with the brand and resonate with the target audienceConduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for thought leadership and market differentiationPerform competitive analysis to understand market positioning and inform marketing strategies that highlight our unique value propositionAbout you
4+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on ad tech/SAAS preferredProven track record of successfully building and scaling brands in FranceStrong cross-functional experience, collaborating effectively with diverse teamsAutonomous and able to work independently to drive initiatives from conception to executionExcellent understanding of market nuancesData-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics toolsExperience in storytelling: drafting content that has impact Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems, to track and measure campaign performanceExperience localizing global strategies and distilling them for regional impactExceptional communication skills in both English and French; Dutch is a plus
