About the role: 

It’s an exciting time to join Ogury! As the Field Marketing Manager in the region, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's brand presence, developing and executing marketing strategies, and collaborating effectively with both local and global teams.

The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic vision, tactical execution, and a proven track record in hyper-growth environments. The core focus of the role will be to craft and implement high-impact marketing activations that transcend industry norms, while working on elevating standards and driving innovation in every facet of our marketing efforts - that will not only grab attention, but also leave a lasting impression.

This role will report into our Senior Manager, Field Marketing EMEA, based in Milan- Italy. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Paris office.

What you will be doing

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the French & Benelux markets, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Create and execute a strategic vision for field marketing that aligns with the global marketing objectives
  • Collaborate seamlessly with both local and global teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing strategies
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, communications and other departments to integrate field marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Drive the development and localization of marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging to resonate with the local audience while maintaining global brand consistency
  • Build and strengthen the company's brand presence in the French and Benelux markets
  • Implement brand-building initiatives across France and Benelux, ensuring a consistent brand message that resonates with target audiences
  • Leverage a mix of online and offline channels, including webinars, workshops, industry events, and digital advertising, to maximize brand exposure
  • Utilize data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Apply insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact
  • Scale the brand by building clear storytelling, following a consistent and compelling narrative
  • Lead content development efforts for the region, creating engaging materials that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for thought leadership and market differentiation
  • Perform competitive analysis to understand market positioning and inform marketing strategies that highlight our unique value proposition
  • About you

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on ad tech/SAAS preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling brands in France
  • Strong cross-functional experience, collaborating effectively with diverse teams
  • Autonomous and able to work independently to drive initiatives from conception to execution
  • Excellent understanding of market nuances
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
  • Experience in storytelling: drafting content that has impact 
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems, to track and measure campaign performance
  • Experience localizing global strategies and distilling them for regional impact
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and French; Dutch is a plus
