Our Maintenance & EHS team is committed to the maintenance of the company's facilities and operations and EHS management, The previous manager will leave due to personal reason, and this position is necessary, therefore, we are looking for a new member to join us.

As an Maintenance & EHS Manager, you need plan, direct, and monitor preventative corrective maintenance and repair activities so that the company's buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment operate realizably and EHS Management.
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Compliance and implementation of Group rules and policies in matters of the Group Code of Ethics, as well as of any pertinent areas of risk management or internal controls related to the employee’s job responsibility, such as for instance safety and environment for a manager working in a plant, etc…
Plan, prioritize, schedule and manage maintenance activities to rectify break-downs and minimize business disruptions.
Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures, monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities.
Optimize resources, priorities spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and safety standards.
Research, evaluate and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the maintenance team.
Select and manage ongoing relationship with external suppliers to minimize cost and ensure the organization receives satisfactory standard of service.
Implement the prescribed EHS policies, procedures and standard of the Nexans group and local government.
Establish and improve safety & health management system, provide technical expertise and advise on EHS issue to improve overall EHS performance.
Define the methods or models used in the studies and analysis of industrial accident causes and hazards to health, coordinate the execution and prepare reports.
Oversee investigation of accidents and injuries, to minimize recurrence, and the environment tests with regard to air, water, noise, etc.
Tour plant to inspect equipment, identify and correct potential hazards, ensure the compliance with pertinent safety rules and regulations.
Initiate and implement safety and first aid training to educate all employees about safety policies, laws and practices.
Prepare for the internal and external audit and annual inspection made by relevant local government regulatory setups.
YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN
Education: Bachelor's degree in Cable Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years Maintenance & EHS management experience.
Skill:
Good communication skills
High initiative, self motivated and hard working attitude.
Good planning and scheduling skill
Proficient in English and Microsoft office.
