Your missions/What you’ll do ?
As a Senior Financial Analyst and reporting to the Global Financial Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for Finance & Planning Analysis duties for headcount and people-related costs globally.
Using established procedures and processes, you will
Consolidate headcount, mandays, full-time-equivalent, recruitments, attritions data.
Calculate and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as headcount growth, recruitment rate, attrition rate.
Analyze compensation and benefit data.
Participate in Finance department month-end closure processes.
Assist in the preparation of budget and forecasts related to headcount people costs.
Analyze variances against budget, forecast and prior year
Collaborate with Compensation & Benefit team and Human resources team as a Business Partner
Your profile/Who you are ?
Master degree in accounting or related finance discipline – CPA or MBA is a plus valued
Around 10 years of experience including accounting, financial planning analysis position in international companies (multi countries and currencies environment) – Experience in a Big 4 is a plus
Fluency in English and good understanding of compensation & benefits differences by country
