Job Description

  • Develop insightful KPI reporting dashboards to drive decision-making and performance tracking,
  • Develop reports and dashboards via data mining analytics and reporting tools,
  • Prepare analytics reports in presentation form,
  • Assist in developing sound data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) practices and processes,
  • Conduct research and analyze special studies when needed,
  • Create and update documentation of process flows and business rules,
  • Maintain current reports up to date and process large amounts of data as needed,
  • Management of all Expense Reports, travel and travel guidelines,
  • Track and manage the program assets such as vehicles, computers and peripherals,
  • Report on all program tracking items needed from dates to values using Excel/Tableau and Trackit,
  • Assist in training development, update and deployment,
  • Assist in the deployment and monitoring of the program quality and processes,
  • Assist in preparing reports for program usage using MS tools,
  • Participate in identifying and preparing solutions that aid program effectiveness, speed of delivery and provide value for money to the customer and
  • Assist in month closing and invoicing.
  • Responsible for creating and running queries for ad hoc reports on data supplied by customer,
  • Maintain KPI dashboard with historic and forecasted values,
  • Assist PM in taking decisions based on business intelligence gathered and
  • Review, validate Expense Reports, employee questions, onboarding, offboarding, employee travel and daily tasks, equipment procurement, shipping and collection, and any other task necessary to the execution of the project.

  • Speed - Must be fast and efficient. Must be able to work quickly without sacrificing the quality of work and
  • Solutions oriented - Must be able to find workable solutions for any problems that might arise.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.),
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel – will be tested,
  • SQL skills for querying relational databases,
  • Experience with complex data analysis,
  • Performing data manipulation and statistical analysis,
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presented,
  • Excellent Mathematical/Statistical and Logic skills and
  • Excellent Reasoning and Organizational skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Full professional proficiency in English is required and
  • Minimum professional proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

  • Knowledge of arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and their applications are required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

  • Call, video, email, message and communicate with dealers and co-workers during work hours and also be prepared to cater for Pacific Time. A time zone adjusted work schedule can be discussed and
  • Organize and archive information both physical and electronic format
