Job Description

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? Do you have a strong analytical mindset and a background in technical projects? Are you ready to support a high-performing team with data-driven decision-making?

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to support a high-performing team of aftersales specialists, where you will play a key role in monitoring performance, identifying trends, and supporting strategic improvements. This role is ideal for you, if you have a strong foundation in statistics, engineering, or mathematics, and a proactive approach to uncovering insights that drive operational excellence.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitor activity KPIs and update daily reports about dealers’ performances.
  • Produce new reports for technical concerns, emerging trends, and critical technical issues.
  • Cluster cases on OEM’s systems to identify workload by area and technical concern.
  • Identify early warning trends and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Inform management of critical areas or misalignments based on data analysis.
  • Investigate directly with operational teams to resolve critical issues.
  • Represent findings in clear, understandable documents for stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

Requisitos

  • A degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis and technical project environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate findings effectively in both verbal and written form.
  • Experience in identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Fluency in English.

A general automotive diagnostics competence test/evaluation will be part of the recruitment process.
