SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

The person on this position will be responsible for supply chain related tasks (customer service, demand planning, customs operations, stock management, KPI and cost management)


Requisitos

Customer Service:

  • Customer order management, stock allocation, manage back orders, shipment planning & tracking with collaboration & alignment with regional managers, customers and shipment company.
  • Monitor customers’ credit account status prior to shipment release and invoice creation
  • Invoice customers in accordance with tax policy and escalate to Regional Managers if past due.
  • Follow up customer claims and have regular monthly / weekly meetings with our 3rd party delivery suppliers to solve problems and customer claims, review performances & improve process and OTIF

Demand planning, Customs and Stock management:

  • Under guidance of supervisor manage inventory, ensure product availability, on time delivery and respond to operational inquiries to ensure successful fulfillment of customer orders
  • Follow up stock reconciliation with 3PL
  • Material requirements planning, track import orders, ensure supply chain cycle on time, maintaining communication between all related parties including Europe office, logistics and customs partners
  • Coordinate operation and related documentation in export and import activities, follow up customs process on a timely manner.

Supply Chain KPI and Cost management:

  • Tracking of all invoices related to cost items; (e.g. domestic shipment, import duties, return invoices... etc) landed cost, delivery cost reports to support managerial decisions and liaise with Finance team
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and instant reports to support managerial decisions, Analysis and reporting of flow/SAP trends and forecast performance, with close follow-up for improvement
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the operation and report periodically
  •  Providing info and support to all departments and internal teams such as Country/Finance/Marketing/Sales teams  as required/necessary
  • Playing active role in related projects (e.g. savings, digitalisation)Provide accurate documentation and master data management concerning supply chain activities

 

IT KNOWLEDGE:  

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel is a must.ERP systems competence. SAP system experience.

Education / Qualification:

A bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in supply chain operations, customer service and import activities (Lubricant Industry experience is a plus
