Your tasks:

1. Contribute to the implementation of the main HR development processes:
2. Performance Review, People Review, Mid-year Review. Throughout the year, you will also participate in the implementation of development actions (training, coaching, co-development);
3. Participate in compensation processes and salary surveys;
4. Support recruitment initiatives and manage employer brand and attractiveness issues at Group level;
5. In close collaboration with internal communication departments, play a leading role in HR communication projects in the various internal media;
6. Contribute ideas to the design of CSR projects and participate in their implementation.

• First or second year of an HR Master's degree
• HRIS : TalentSoft is a plus
• Pack office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English: C1 level Proficiency in Talentsoft (HRIS) and/or Spanish is a plus!
