To support our strong sales growth in Europe, we are looking for an Ops manager based in Paris responsible for tools, process and data within the sales team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Ops, your main role will be to help the sales team in making sure it has all the appropriate processes to success.

Therefore, your mission will consist in (but not exhaustively):

• Following-up on KPIs, OKRs and milestones
• Bringing our CRM (HubSpot) to the next level
• Creating processes and making sure they are followed by the team
• Writing down sales documentation and ensuring they are consistently up-to-date
• Helping with the training of new members of the sales team

This role will be key to make sure the Sales team grows properly and the impact is global: all countries will be covered.

We are looking for a rock-star armed with an excellent business acumen, great analytical skills and
exceptional communication skills.

With a master’s degree from a top university/business/engineering school, you fit the
following criteria:

• You have more than 3 years of experience in a consulting firm
• You like to create processes and make sure everything is in order / complied with
• You are rigourous, detail-oriented
• You have leadership skills and analytical competencies to easily read/explain business figures
• You are not a sales person but you have a strong business sense
