🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

As a User support you have one simple mission: take care of our practitioners’ community and our users!

You make sure practitioners have a steady point of contact in moka.care, you help them with the onboarding process and strengthen their attachment to the company. You also work at organizing the collective sessions so more and more moka users can learn about mental health topics.

In this role, you will spend:

60% of your time to be the point of contact for the practitioners and users

20% of your time for the practitioners’ onboarding

10% of your time on organizing collective sessions

10% of the time for building the moka.care practitioners community

Daily you will :

- Handle support by answering users and practitioners’ questions. Help them with any type of problems they may have via email or phone.

- Promote the best experience possible for members and practitioners by proactively sharing feedback to our internal teams and our practitioners.

- Help practitioners create their profiles, sign their contracts, understand moka best practices and use our tools (Google Calendar, moka practitioner account…).

Record and edit practitioners’ presentation videos

- Write and send the monthly newsletter to the community of practitioners, organize monthly Q&A sessions with them

- Help Souryana and Marilyn to smooth coordination of the group sessions process: you will work with clients, practitioners and customer care managers to take bookings for alignment and follow up calls. You will liaise with clients, practitioners, users and customer care managers to schedule dates for all group session events.

You won’t be alone in this role as you will work with Souryana and Marilyn.

📇 You’re the ideal person if:

  • You have 1 year of experience in customer support.
  • You have strong organizational skills and facility with numbers
  • You are fluent in French and in English and you have perfect writing skills, in both languages
  • You are pedagogue, patient, team spirit, and have excellent interpersonal skills (care, flexibility)
  • You are a problem-solver and service-oriented person
  • You are familiar with digital tools and you quickly adapt to new tools/product updates
  • Compensation : 34000€ gross/year + BSPCE
