Inbound & Demand Generation Manager

📍 Paris | Permanent Contract | 2–3 years of experience minimum (excluding internships/apprenticeships)

You’ll be working directly with the Head of Marketing and collaborating closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing.

We’re looking for a hands-on profile: with solid marketing foundations, an appetite for content creation, and an eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for generating qualified demand for our SaaS solution and support Modjo’s growth by combining organic acquisition (content, SEO, nurturing) with performance and pipeline-focused campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

Content

- Define and execute our SEO and social media strategies to reach our target audience (ICP).

- Create high-value content (articles, white papers, case studies, etc.) that can attract our personas and establish Modjo as an expert in the Sales environment

- Improve visibility and performance of our content across channels: SEO optimization, website integration, and distribution strategy.

- Produce sales enablement content to help teams convert leads (MQL → SQL → closing): pitch decks, product sheets, one-pagers, industry use cases.

Lead Generation

- Create and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion (visitor → MQL).

- Lead multi-channel digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, email).

- Generate qualified MQLs and collaborate with BDRs to optimize conversion to opportunities.

- Test, analyze, and iterate quickly on campaigns to improve performance.

Your main KPIs

Influenced marketing pipeline, CAC, CPL, MQL → SQL conversion rate, landing page conversion rate, organic traffic.

Stack Used

HubSpot, Webflow, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Notion, Sales Navigator, Figma, Semrush

Profile Sought

Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing role (excluding internships/apprenticeships).

Knowledges and first experiences in content creation, SEO, paid campaigns

First experience in a SaaS / Tech / Sales-driven environment is a plus

Comfortable with marketing KPIs, data analysis, and tracking tools.

Professional proficiency in English is required.

Curious, structured, impact-driven, and business-oriented.
