About the role:

The product team is in charge of understanding the challenges of the customers and markets targeted by DAPESCO as well as the challenges of the METRON group in order to describe the 24-month vision of the evolutions that the platform will have to follow. The team is in charge of defining the functional road map and the precise spec; prioritising the needs.

Your responsibility will cover Product Management & Product ownership of our EMS platform

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to consolidating the long term vision of the Product by integrating market trends, the competitive landscape and inputs from the different teams of all our BUs, Constantly integrate the voice of the users by all possible means,
• Build the roadmap with all stakeholders in order to prioritise development needs according to their impact on the company’s performance
• Coordinate with the DEV team to ensure that the product vision is reflected in the backlog and technical execution
• Ensure the quality of the deliverables and the delivery time of the planned evolutions
• Manage the interdependence and timing of developments in conjunction with the other teams.
• Supporting the sales teams in their pre-sales process and gaining as much exposure as possible with customers and users
• Organise change management in order to prepare our teams, our partners and our customers for the new Product features
• Set up metrics and KPIs to ensure that the product is moving in the right direction and creating value for the Metron group and its customers and partners
• Carry out product demos with internal customers and contribute to the pedagogical design of training courses
• Contribute to the governance and dissemination of a Product culture throughout the organisation as well as internal and external communication on the product strategy and roadmap
• Contribute to the planning of future product releases.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies.
• Write User Stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Create, maintain and prioritise the Product Backlog.
• Work with your dev and/or QA team on a daily basis to build a quality product.

• Master degree with at least 7 years in a technical position in the Tech sector;
• This field experience will be complemented at least 3 years of product management experience within a tech company oriented on SAAS solutions;
• Extra experience in the energy field with clear references in the building energy efficiency world, extensive knowledges about energy systems, IPMVP, ISO 50001 and data modelling will be a plus
• Dynamic, autonomous, analytical, curious, problem solving and rigorous attitude.
• Proactive communication with project stakeholders (internal and external).
• Strong leadership, communication and inter-departmental collaboration skills.
• Fluent in French & English are mandatory, Spanish or Portuguese in a plus.
