Manucurist is a fast-growing, mission-driven beauty brand reinventing nail care with clean, innovative, and responsible products. With a strong international presence, the US market is a key growth pillar for the brand, driven largely by influencer, community, and cultural partnerships.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Influencer Marketing Intern to support the development and execution of our influencer strategy in the United States, with a strong focus on creator partnerships and sorority collaborations.
This internship is ideal for someone who understands the US creator ecosystem, is familiar with sorority culture, and is eager to grow and build long-term expertise in influencer marketing.
You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing team and contribute to both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Support the execution of US influencer marketing campaigns (paid & organic)
Identify, research, and source relevant US-based influencers and creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Develop and manage sorority partnerships:
Research and identify relevant US sororities aligned with the brand
Outreach and onboarding of sororities
Maintain close relationships and ensure long-term collaboration
Coordinate sorority activations such as product seeding, events, campus moments, and content creation
Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis of US brands, influencer strategies, and campus marketing initiatives
Track campaign performance and analyze results (KPIs, engagement, reach, ROI)
Assist with budget tracking and management, ensuring spend is aligned with objectives
Participate in brainstorming influencer and community activations (PR events, trips, campus events, brand moments, etc.)
Monitor US influencer, social media, and campus culture trends to feed strategic recommendations
Support reporting and internal presentations
