Main missions
The Experience Strategist will develop innovative user experience strategies aligned with objectives and user needs. He/She will identify and analyze user pain points and expectations through field studies, interviews, and audits. He/She will organize and facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions. He/She will prioritize and identify user experience improvements based on data and user feedback.
The experience strategist will work in collaboration with the:
Strategist: to develop and propose effective experience strategies
Voice Strategist: to integrate voice strategy into the overall strategy
Content Strategist: to align the content strategy with the overall strategy
Product design team (UX/UI, Head of design)
And the 4 different product teams at ETX majelan (composed of a Product Manager, an Engineer Manager, and different software engineers).
This person will also bridge the gap with different departments such as product, design, tech, and business to align project goals with user needs and market trends. They will also work with other project stakeholders, research institutions, and industrial partners.
Throughout the project, the experience strategist will ensure that all stakeholders remain aligned with the overall goals and contribute effectively to the realization of the overall vision. The experience strategist will organize regular meetings with key individuals to track progress, discuss challenges, and adjust approaches if necessary.
Required skills:
You are expert in strategic UX development
You are skilled at User Research and Analysis (able to pinpoint and analyze user pain points and expectations)
You are proficient in crafting and illustrating user journeys
You are facilitator and master of ideation (orchestrating design workshops for inventive solutions)
Adept at collaborating with UX/UI designers to develop prototypes and conducting effective validation with users.
You are proficient in developing conversation trees to create a seamless user experience.
You are expert in user experience evaluation and measurment (user testing, surveys, and data analysis).
You are able to prioritize UX enhancements based on data and user feedback.
You have already worked on subvention projects, research projects or consortium projects
You have already submitted pattents, certification or labels
You are able to see the big picture and zoom in on the details to impactful moments of the customer experience
You are a strong and convincing narrator and moderator, reconciling perspectives, finding common ground and advocating customer value and business solutions at critical moments
You have an outstanding portfolio of work demonstrating strong customer insight-driven experience strategy across a diverse range of projects
A mindset that’s open to change and challenge
You have experience working with companies making digital applications, media or Telecom industries
Required Qualifications
University degree in business, management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Relevant professional experience in project management and product strategy
Proficiency in strategic analysis tools and techniques
Ability to work independently and in a team
