Luxurynsight is a SaaS data-driven business intelligence software company specializing in the luxury, fashion and beauty markets.

Luxurynsight’s mission is to make data useful and actionable for luxury decision-makers, who use our platforms to monitor their markets and make strategic decisions based on factual information.

Present in France and China, Luxurynsight is the strategic data partner of key groups and brands in the Luxury, Fashion and Beauty markets such as LVMH, Kering, Chanel, Bulgari, Armani, Lacoste, Zara, Puma, L’Oréal, Coty, Shiseido in France and abroad.

In strong growth and made up of a multicultural team of around fifty people, Luxurynsight recruits curious, structured and motivated candidates wishing to invest in a pioneering and singular business project, in a buoyant, dynamic and inspiring sector. To support its development, Luxurynsight is looking for qualified profiles in growth (marketing, sales, customer success), tech (developers, product), data (data engineer, business & data analyst), insights (insight analysts, project managers), research (research and competitive intelligence officer).

Job Description
Hybrid internship role located in Paris, from February 2026 to August 2026. As a Business Development Intern, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy and market intelligence, working directly with the commercial team and in close collaboration with marketing and insights teams. You will be actively involved in C-level prospection within top luxury groups.

Lead generation & qualification

  • Identify and structure strategic prospects across luxury using sales tools (Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Evaboot, Lemlist, etc.).

Market and event intelligence

  • Track key industry events, speakers and news to support targeted outreach.

Strategic sales support

  • Extract insights, case studies and benchmarks from Luxurynsight platforms to fuel sales campaigns.

Sales performance tracking

  • Maintain clean CRM data and monitor lead flow and performance to track sales performance.

Requisitos

  • Luxury marketing or management master’s student in a gap year or preferably end-of-studies (coursework in Business strategy, management, marketing, or equivalent)

  • Strong appetite for the luxury market, data insights, and commercial development

  • Structured, proactive, execution-driven

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Business-level English required, French strongly recommended

  • Comfortable with digital tools, CRM, and fast-paced environments
