📍 Role based in Paris


Your mission in the team:

As the SEO Manager of Allianz Direct France, you will be reporting to Leopold, our VP of Growth and your mission encompasses several key responsibilities aimed at enhancing the online visibility and performance of our website. Part of your responsibilities will be to :

    • Identify opportunities to create new content and coordinate the production of high-quality content by effectively involving multi-disciplinary teams, both internal and external, such as copywriters, designers, developers and CRM managers.
    • Improve the site's technical performance by suggesting enhancements to our in-house developers, aligning with the defined technical roadmap.
    • Develop netlinking strategies to bolster the website's notoriety.
    • Conduct regular analyses of the website, including assessing the link profile, page performance in terms of SEO, and the evolution of conversion rates (CRO), alongside ongoing competitive benchmark analysis.
    • Stay informed about major changes in search engine algorithms and key industry developments to adapt our SEO strategy accordingly and disseminate this knowledge across the company.
    • Anticipate potential recruitment needs within the team, participate in recruitment efforts, and supervise the SEO team effectively.

       

        What do we recommend to be successful?

        To excel in this role, we recommend the following qualifications and attributes:

          • A minimum of 5 years' successful experience in SEO and management, either within an agency or as an in-house SEO specialist.
          • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMRUSH, Search Console, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog.
          • Familiarity with various CMS - we use Prismic.
          • Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
          • Strong English communication skills enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues.
          • Fluent/native in French 
          • Experience in the insurance sector, which provides valuable insight into the unique challenges and opportunities within our industry.
