For 20 years, Lucca has been developing SaaS solutions to increase employee efficiency and engagement. We address the main administrative and HR management issues: time and activities, expense reports, personnel administration, annual reviews, and measuring well-being at work.

Our solutions are used today by over one million users in all types of companies (from the chic hotel chain Accor to the surf brand Rip Curl) and particularly in those with strong growth developing internationally (Deezer, Michel & Augustin...).While we operate in the very serious field of management tools, our work is guided by the belief that a management software doesn't have to be gray, ugly, or boring. That's why we attach great importance to the design of our interfaces and the user experience.

Our workforce, which currently stands at +500 people, keeps growing in France (Paris, Marseille, Nantes), but also in our new offices: Spain (Barcelona) and Switzerland (Geneva)!

Job description

Your main mission will be to represent and to distribute the content of the Enablement to the Lucca members in the DACH region (Swiss and Germany).

As a member of the Enablement team, reporting directly to the Sales Enablement Manager, your position will enable the sales forces in the DACH region to conquer the HRIS market.

After experiencing strong growth in France, Lucca is expanding to the DACH region to assist HR teams in eliminating paper and Excel. Since April 2022, our Swiss office is located in Geneva, and we are now looking for someone to help us to enable sales people!

And, what will you do exactly?

👉 Adapt training materials and sales assets to the DACH market

- Assist the PMM Dach and occasionally the product teams so that they can understand and incorporate the business feedback from sales into the roadmap.

- Adapt the sales support materials according to the Market fit in order to have an impactful commercial pitch that meets the market needs of your region.

- Develop an initial and ongoing training program tailored to the needs of the sales team in your region: creation of training materials on 360L, conducting webinars...

- Create high-value content for personas/prospects: You ensure the documentation of Knowledge, with the update and creation of sales support materials as well as certain processes related to product knowledge and Sales skills development. This content is intended for internal and external use: writing presentation scenarios based on the persona with impactful storytelling.

- Project Management: Project launch, needs analysis, action plan definition, production of adequate content, participation in milestone meetings and decision making, writing concise reports, collaboration with other teams: Marketing, Product, Partners, Customer Service…

- Relay the needs of direct and indirect sales teams to the product teams to optimize the alignment of our offering with market feedback.

- Define and help the Swiss and German configuration for each product sold (demonstration spaces, setup, translation optimization).

- Support the PMM in accelerating growth and engaging our DACH customers through feature adoption campaigns, integrated user experiences within the application, and event tracking.

- Coordinate PMM feedbacks with the sales manager in Switzerland and the country opener in Germany to enhance the sales pitch, ensuring its alignment with market needs.

👉 Assist the Marketing, PMM and Sales teams in adapting to the market by translating market needs and specificities through clear assets, pitches, and processes.

Profile

This job will suits you beautifully if :

❏ You have 3 to 4 years of experience in the SaaS or HR sector in Sales, Sales Ops, and/or Marketing roles on the German market.

❏ You have a Master’s degree.

❏ You are bilingual in German & English. French is a big plus (B1-B2 minimum).

❏ You have unmatched writing skills and a good ability to summarize information.

❏ You have an analytical attitude and structured thinking. You have the sense of service and commitment. You are curious and team player.

❏ You are rigorous and autonomous.

❏ And if you have a successful experience in a role requiring coordination of teams remotely, in different countries, it’s a plus.
