We are looking for our first Sales Development Representative to join the German team and help make Lucca an emerging player in the German market. You will be a cornerstone of this adventure!
Reporting to the Country Manager Germany, you will participate in the definition and execution of the business development strategy, bring new leads with high potential and contribute to our aim of becoming a key player on the local market.
You’ll be joining our German team, made up of 10 people, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product Marketing Management.

You’re the right fit if you:
❏ Have an initial experience in B2B sales or an SDR role, ideally in SaaS.
❏ Are native-level German and comfortable working in an office speaking English / Spanish / French languages daily.
❏ Enjoy outbound sales, targets and building opportunities from scratch.
❏ Are looking for a clear, structured career path toward a Business Developer role.
