That's why the role of Supply Chain Administrator is crucial to our success and broadening our support across our locations. As the primary support of our operations and supply chain function in France, they will oversee several of the functions from procurement, inventory, logistics, and processes.
About this Role:
Oversee inventory management, safety stock levels, and cycle counting to optimize inventory turns and minimize excess.Ensure accurate material planning to support production demands while minimizing shortages and excess inventory.Oversee procurement activities ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable government regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR).Manage procurement of direct and indirect materials, ensuring traceability and proper documentation for auditsDevelop, evaluate, and maintain a qualified supply base (i.e., vendor pool) that is compliant with Loft standards.Negotiate supplier contracts, long-term agreements, and pricing structures to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.Perform supplier performance monitoring and lead corrective action plans for underperforming vendors.Overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, and adhering to import/export requirementsEstablishing and maintaining productive relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and good value. Ensuring they are added to our AVL and vetted appropriately with RE/QMs/stakeholdersExecute and maintain transactions within NetSuite ERP to ensure accurate record-keeping Work across the enterprise to improve workflow and address supply chain challenges.Must Haves:
3-5 years in a supply chain role, experience in several of the supply chain departmentsExperience in a company with a production / test environmentExperience with working supply chain transactions in an ERP SystemFluent in English and FrenchExcellent organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to work with a team (Globally) and communicate effectivelyStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work autonomouslyProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyNice to Haves:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, or a related fieldExperience with purchasing and/or inventory modules in NetSuiteExperience in aerospace industryExperience in electronics manufacturing/testExperience with global oversight and/or management for logistics, procurement, & inventory management functions ASCM/APICS (or equivalent) training / certification Some of Our Awesome Benefits:
