Your Mission
You will own the Enterprise Readiness and User Identity Squad. Your goal is to make our platform adoptable by large organizations without slowing down our ability to demonstrate value. You will act as the bridge between strict enterprise requirements (security, compliance) and the agility required to satisfy our early adopters.
Key Priorities & Mindset
1. Ruthless Prioritization (Vital vs. Urgent) You must possess the ability to distinguish between what is Vital (blocks a deal or kills retention, e.g., Answer Quality) and what is Urgent but manageable (e.g., automated connectors).
2. Integration & Connectivity Expertise You don’t need to be an expert in every specific protocol from Day 1, but you must have a strong technical aptitude for connecting systems.
Integrations: Proven experience connecting platforms with third-party tools (ECMs, CRMs, ERPs, Document Management Systems). You understand APIs, data flows, and synchronization challenges.
Learning Agility: Our Enterprise Readiness stack (SSO, SCIM, Active Directory) is well-documented. If you haven’t managed these specific protocols before, you must be capable of mastering them rapidly based on your previous integration experience.
Data & Permissions: You understand the logic of managing user permissions and data visibility when moving data between systems.
2. Ownership of Enterprise Readiness & Integrations You will be in charge of ensuring our platform meets the strict security standards of major corporations. This scope revolves around SSO, SharePoint Synchronization, ACLs (Access Control Lists), and Active Directory.
The Business Need: 90% of our clients operate in the Microsoft ecosystem. They expect our Enterprise Search platform to mirror their existing security standards and permission structures automatically. They will not manage access rights in two separate places.
The Vital Requirement: You must have proven experience in integrating third-party tools (whether CRMs, ERPs, or others). If you understand the complex logic of data synchronization, APIs, and permission mapping, you will be able to master the specific standards of our stack (which are well-documented industry standards) very quickly.
Your Profile: Experience with the specific Microsoft stack (SharePoint/AD) is the ideal scenario, but generic integration expertise coupled with a strong learning curve is acceptable.
Responsibilities
Roadmap Strategy: Align the product roadmap with the company’s immediate strategic goal: capturing market share in a new industry. Make tough trade-offs between new features and technical debt.
Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of security features and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR) incrementally, based on actual customer demand.
Bridge the Gap: Translate complex technical constraints into clear value propositions for Sales, and translate urgent Sales feedback into actionable items for Engineering.

Background & Experience
3 to 5 years of Product Management experience, specifically in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software.
Agile/Startup Mindset: You are comfortable working in environments where the market is not yet mature. You know how to operate with shifting priorities to seize opportunities.
Integration Expertise: A strong track record of connecting platforms with external tools. You are comfortable with the technical challenges of data sync and permissions.
Soft Skills
Pragmatism: You believe that “Done is better than Perfect.” You focus on the outcome (did we sign the client?), not just the output (did we ship the code?).
High Agency: You are a problem solver who doesn’t wait for permission to unblock a situation.
Communication: Excellent ability to articulate the “Why” behind your prioritization choices to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
