Context

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will drive the growth of premium global brands on Amazon, manage advertising strategies, and ensure operational excellence. Job summary

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Amazon Account Manager to drive a portfolio of premium global brands. You will own the Amazon strategy end-to-end (from onboarding through continuous performance optimization) while contributing to the evolution of our tech platform.

You will join a high-performing operations team and have the opportunity to bring your strategic vision and account management expertise to the table OmnyAI to maximize their performance on Amazon.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of premium brands and drive their growth on Amazon using advanced automation tools.

  • Understand clients’ business challenges to define tailored e-commerce strategies and high-value action plans.

  • Perform in-depth analyses on sales, content, advertising, pricing, and logistics.

Advertising Strategy

  • Define and manage clients’ Amazon Ads strategy across all formats (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP).

  • Create and optimize campaigns by leveraging AI features and fine-tuning automated decisions.

  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to recommend concrete performance optimizations.

Operational Excellence

  • Activate key levers (SEO, content, logistics, pricing) to maximize product performance and availability across marketplaces.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to build long-term trusted relationships.

  • Contribute to tech evolution by sharing client feedback with the Product team.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and support the skill development of junior team members.

  • Serve as the key reference point for solving complex operational and strategic issues.

Requisitos

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in account management within e-commerce, consulting, or a SaaS environment, with a genuine interest in Amazon/marketplaces.

  • Strong analytical skills, performance-oriented mindset, and a customer service focus.

  • Good command of digital advertising and e-commerce mechanics.

  • You enjoy working in a fast-growing environment, structuring processes, and making a tangible impact.

  • Fluent English required (international client portfolio).
