About the role
As part of the internal reorganisation, our client is bringing the Data and AI teams closer together and are considering the integration of a new Service Owner (SO) dedicated to the AI solutions deployed in Production.
Specifically, this person will ensure that maintenance and support services are properly designed, implemented, and executed across the AI scope. They will therefore be responsible for maintaining these solutions in operational conditions.
More broadly, within the teams, the Service Owner is responsible for communication with users, whether related to scheduled maintenance activities or critical incidents impacting the domain. Finally, they ensure that service levels are met, overseeing commitments and performance across the assigned scope.
Start date envisioned for January/February 2026.
Job location: Central Paris, onsite presence is required 3 times per week.
Spoken languages: French fluent, English fluent.
For the role at least 4–5 years of experience in Service Management, a solid knowledge of ITIL best practices, and, of course, experience in the AI domain are required.
