Graduated both in Digital Signal Processing from ENSEA Engineering school, as well as in Entrepreneurship from ESSEC, Pascal started his career in the early 90’s in the SFO Bay area when internet was a geeky text service, to set up an online portal for consumer market. After that, he went back to France for a joint-venture between Orange & Deutsche Telekom where he launched international end-to-end managed telecom services for Top 500 corporations.
Pascal created Legos in the early 2000s. He started by supporting the development of B2C & B2B broadband operators in Europe, then the cloud telephony operators, CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) and global international operators.
Today, Pascal manages both the development of Legos and the associated financing.
Elodie (Xinran) grew up in China and came to France for her studies in 2018. Graduated from NEOMA Business School with Master in Management, she joined Legos in June 2021 as Targeting Manager. Thanks to her good business sense, Elodie supports the growth of Legos. Currently, she is responsible for vertical market research and prospect qualification. In addition, Elodie manages all other Marketing and Communications projects.
Nicolas joined Legos 10 years ago after obtained an engineering degree in Telecom Network at ESIEE. He had the opportunity to work on projects such as fixed and mobile portability, setting up mobile billing from data recovery to customer valuation. Since 2018, he manages the Telecom Admin team and is in charge of operator declarations in new countries as well as the interconnection agreements with local operators.
Born in Ecuador, Edison was working on his own entrepreneurship after college. In 2013, he came to France to pursue a master’s degree in Network and Systems Engineering, then joined Legos in 2015 as Engineering Intern. Thanks to his excellent performance, he stayed at Legos as a technical engineer, then got promotion to Customer Operations Director. As the head of support team, Edison stays at the first escalation level on customer matters.
During his study at ESGI, Adrien joined Legos for a Work-Study training program. Over the years, he was able to actively contribute to the development of a fixed and mobile operator and acquire a solid telecom background by staying close to the telecom systems and his customers. Adrien had the opportunity to develop mobile infrastructure when Legos became Full MVNO in 2014. He also succeeded to converge the mobile and fixed infrastructure on the unique environment. Today, he continues to support the customers onboarding and infrastructure development as Engineering Director.
Holding an Australian bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance, Matthieu joined Legos team in October 2016. Getting familiar with the Telecom environment has been an important step in order to fully understand the business Legos is involved in. His financial missions within the company involves issuing invoices, ensuring timely payment at due date and other requirements, such as VAT declaration, legal financial requirements and maintaining a positive cash flow. Being a member of the Legos team for several years now, Matthieu finds himself in a very supportive environment where he could rely on each of colleagues and working in a very positive atmosphere. According to Matthieu, his skills are valued and his particularity can make the difference at Legos.
William graduated from a French Engineering School with major in IT Network - Telecom. He joined Legos at the end of his studies as a System and Network administrator. Passionate about his work, he decided to stay and continue his career path as a Systems and Network Engineer. At that stage, a company on human scale was an important feature for William: he could clearly see the impact of his efforts, move forward with more responsibility and autonomy, and avoid complicated chains of command in hierarchical structures. What he appreciates the most at Legos is to keep growing and learning with a competent and passionate team.
Cong est venu en France pour ses études Postbac depuis la Chine en 2008. Au cours de ses 10 années de carrière, il a travaillé pour plusieurs opérateurs télécom, comme Orange, China Telecom, Covage, etc. Il a également eu une solide expérience chez le géant des équipements télécoms – Huawei. Il a rejoint Legos récemment en mai 2022 en tant que Solutions Manager et il est en charge de la relation client, des phases avant-vente et après-vente des projets clients.
Graduated in Electronic Engineering from Galileo University, Sergio started his career in the field of network and infrastructure in Guatemala. After 10 years of work, he decided to pursue a 2nd degree in Information Technology, where he obtained an Erasmus scholarship to go to the prestigious Université de Télécom SudParis. He came to France in 2018 and joined the Legos team for a 6 month internship. Thanks to his remarkable evolution within the team, he was hired as a System and Network Engineer for two years, and he was recently promoted to Operations Manager. As a big sports fan (Ultra-Ironman, football…), Sergio brings us lots of energy every day.
