We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our Product team and drive the development of high-value, technically complex features.
Your mission: bridge product, tech, and user needs. You’ll own your initiatives end-to-end (design, prioritization, delivery, and impact measurement) while operating with a high level of autonomy and strong technical depth.
You’ll join an agile, ambitious team with a strong product & engineering culture. To succeed, you’ll need to navigate technical environments (APIs, KPIs, complex business logic) while keeping a sharp eye on user impact and product value.
Monitor and anticipate API changes across our products: analyze functional and technical impacts, track updates, and liaise with partners.
Manage relationships with social networks and external platforms: identify the right APIs, submit access requests, handle authorization processes (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok), and ensure compliance with partner requirements.
Define, challenge, and monitor key KPIs (engagement rate, dispersion rate, Z Factor, etc.), understand their calculation models, and assess their product implications.
Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams: read API documentation, understand backend logic, and write clear, actionable technical specifications.
Lead product initiatives from A to Z: scoping, technical and functional definition, delivery, testing, communication, and post-launch measurement.
Prioritize smartly: balance technical complexity, user value, and feasibility when making trade-offs.
Take full ownership of your projects: from need analysis to ticket creation, testing, delivery, and impact tracking.
Contribute to product strategy: identify opportunities, propose impactful evolutions, and support long-term product vision with data-backed insights.
Degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical background.
Proven experience managing technically complex products, ideally involving APIs, databases, or analytical pipelines.
Strong ability to challenge technical decisions, structure business logic, and collaborate effectively with engineers.
Solid knowledge of product analytics & KPI tracking tools (e.g., Posthog, Google Analytics).
Excellent written English: able to draft clear tickets, functional specs, and reports.
Autonomous & proactive: you know how to organize, prioritize, and deliver while communicating progress and blockers effectively.
Analytical & rigorous: you base decisions on evidence, question assumptions, and iterate when needed.
Resilient & persistent: you don’t give up when things get tough.
Strong appetite for experimentation and continuous improvement.
Collaborative mindset: able to work cross-functionally and build consensus without losing sight of goals.
And above all: you love product management, and it shows.
Strong interest in social platforms and user engagement.
Ability to write SQL queries.
Experience with prompt engineering or workflow automation (e.g., n8n).
Solid product culture: you keep up with tools, methods, and industry trends, and can reflect critically on your own decisions.
