With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.

Reporting directly to the Director of Internal Control & Crypto Projects, your mission is to lead the IT General Controls (ITGC) workstream of financial reporting compliance program.

As the dedicated technical expert reporting to the Director of Internal Control, you will be responsible for analyzing our current IT environment and building a formal, documented, and audit-ready ITGC framework.

You will work in the internal control team to ensure overall project alignment, and will serve as the essential technical liaison to our IT, Security, and Engineering teams. Your objective is to ensure our in-scope systems are robust, controlled, and prepared for rigorous external audits.

What you’ll be doing:

Scoping & Gap Analysis:

  • Identify and confirm all in-scope IT applications and infrastructure for financial reporting compliance.

  • Take full ownership of the ITGC portion of the Risk and Control Matrix (RCM).

  • Conduct a detailed gap analysis of existing IT controls against COSO requirements.

Control Design & Documentation (Your Core Mission):

  • Partner directly with system owners (IT, Security) to design, formalize, and document all key ITGCs, covering:

    • Logical Access (provisioning, de-provisioning, periodic reviews).

    • Change Management (testing, formal approvals, segregation of duties).

    • IT Operations (backups, job monitoring, incident management).

IT Dependencies & IPE:

  • Identify, document, and test the reliability (completeness and accuracy) of IT dependencies, including:

    • Automated controls and interfaces.

    • Key reports used in manual controls ("IPE - Information Produced by the Entity").

Readiness Testing (Validation):

  • Develop and execute the testing plan (Tests of Design and Operating Effectiveness) to validate the newly formalized ITGCs.

  • Meticulously document all testing evidence and conclusions in the RCM.

Reporting & Audit Support:

  • Provide clear progress reports on the ITGC workstream (progress, gaps, remediation) directly to the Director of Internal Control.

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for all IT-related requests from our external advisors and external auditors.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience within an IT Audit or IT Control capacity, whether consulting or in-house

  • Experience in the tech industry or a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Executive partnership and the ability to influence various stakeholders across an organisation, inclusive of management

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • A broad appreciation of cultural sensitivity and awareness
