We're seeking a dynamic Affiliate Business Developer for our Consumer Sales team. In this role, you'll drive Ledger's market growth by recruiting affiliates, showcasing our product benefits, and building strong partnerships.
The mission
- Actively recruit new affiliates to expand Ledger's reach and influence within the digital assets and Web3 space.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success and alignment with Ledger's vision.
- Execute cold outreach campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities for business development.
- Clearly communicate and onboard new affiliates with Ledger's vision for self-custody solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams across local markets, marketing, technology, and product development to maximize business impact and drive growth.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on the success of the affiliate program.
- Conduct regular market research to identify potential new markets and target audiences for affiliate partnerships.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, understanding how they may impact our affiliate program.
- A candidate with a strong sales background and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth (at least 4 years experience)
- While direct experience in affiliate marketing is not essential, a solid understanding of sales processes and strategies is critical.
- Ability to design and conduct effective outreach campaigns that resonate with potential affiliates and partners.
- A sales-oriented individual with exceptional negotiation skills, capable of closing deals and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of the web3 ecosystem is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
- You are either fluent or a native english speaker.
